Wednesday, October 20, 2010 - Surprisingly light colored for a Syrah. An intriguing, multifaceted nose of green pepper corn, forest litter, camphor, bacon fat, boysonberry and wild flowers. Dense but agile. Some tannin, with a stemmy edge, spicy, peppery finish. A little raw at this point but unique and promising. Needs another 5yrs.
