Saturday, February 26, 2011 - A little acidic when it first opened up, but a little air evened it all out. Citrus and spice on the front, a little bitter note -- in a good way -- at the end. Crisp and light, decent balance (good with food, not so much on it's own). Average-length finish.
Drink through 2011.
