Saturday, February 26, 2011 - A couple years of bottle age has turned this into a lovely, well-composed white Burgundy. Citrus fruit of youth has relaxed into apple, and the primary coil of acidity has yielded to fruit on the palate. Not great complexity, but a very harmonious, exceedingly drinkable wine. Attests to the benefits of aging good Macon from fine vintages.
