Tuesday, March 15, 2011 - Color: medium to dark red with orange/brown. Taste: medium tannic, acidity a little metallic, obvious alcohol, but still ok, chocolate, burnt wood. Actually to me it tastes like "Röteli", which is a swiss liqueur with spices and dried cherries.
Decanted for 4-5 hours, because directly after opening it was oily, without tannins and it had an unpleasing alcohol/acid taste. Right now it is quite interesting, only this metallic taste is a little unpleasing to me.
