Sunday, March 27, 2011 - Something was wrong with this bottle. There was an immense amount of sediment and the bottom of the bottle had a kind of pink sludge. Most of the debris was captured through decanting but the wine was "off." It was cloudy, had a vegetal smell, and tasted musty. Didn't taste corked or oxidized (the cork was fine) so I don't know what happened.
