Thursday, April 14, 2011 - Medium in color. On the nose, I got green & golden apples, pear and some butter. The mouthfeel is rather full and is soft & round. All continued to the palate which also has some subtle vanilla. Fairly restrained and elegant. Nice, long finish. I hope they still have some in stock when I get up there next. This has at least another 18-24 months in it.
