Looks almost rosé-like with a vivid salmon pink-orange colour; piercingly bright citrus and tropical fruit flavours seasoned with honey, cinnamon and higher toned floral and horseradish-like elements. Very sweet but at the same time there's fantastic clarity and purity to the flavours with powerful acidity beneath.
