Friday, April 22, 2011 - Very pale yellow in color. Bright, acid fruits, but not too tart. Definitely no butter or oak flavors. I'm not typically a white drinker, but this is a great spring/summer wine that stands well on it's own. Really looking forward to drinking this with grilled fish or scallops, or salads with apples and golden raisins.
