Friday, May 13, 2011 - By day four the oak has given way to alot more fruit and smoke. The first two days were really dominated by the planky oak aromas and flavors. Floral nuance is really accented by cinnamon laced chocolate dessert. Best enjoyed between three and five years from vintage date. Always a favorite!
