Friday, June 3, 2011 - Pale pink. Nice mousse and bead. Yeasty nose with a hint of citrus and chalk. Delicious, refreshing palate with nice acidity. Mostly mineral, some apple with a hint of citrus. Very nice with food. Purchased on sale from PLCB at $18 which always raises storage concerns. Should have bought a case.
