Monday, June 6, 2011 - Had another bottle of this earlier than I expected. This is a well made wine and shows many different faces over multiple days. I just finished day 3 where I had about half a bottle left and the wine lost some of the alcohol taste and exhibited hints of fig and black tea. Smooth with a nice finish. Highly recommended.
