Monday, June 20, 2011 - Très Nuits, a lovely wine with a touch of (very acceptable) bitterness that a Nuits can have.
The colour is only (why not) middle deep and the bouquet terrific in its purity, nearly perfumed.
A balanced and lively midtaste with a bite and a polished aftertaste. Alas, last bottle.
