Wednesday, July 6, 2011 - Golden straw hued Chard. Nose of lemon zest and pineapple with a bit of oak in the background. A great QPR wine and everyday summer white. Not overly buttery from the malolactic fermentation. There is a bit of oak but still bright and finishes with some tropical fruit. Great white to finish over the summer and definitely better than your 9.99 supermarket chardonnay, as mentioned earlier by jsimmons
