Thursday, July 7, 2011 - Light on the palate, acidic character providing a tart sensation in the mouth, a bit of minerality with a hint of green apple. Definite impression this wine was meant for sipping around the pool on a hot day. Not enough character to pair with anything but the most subtly flavored foods.
