Sunday, July 10, 2011 - A nice example of a Cali Pinot. More fruit forward than burgundy, but it's supposed to be. Bright red fruit, some celery stick, black pepper. Good at $20, but no more than that. The alcohol gets a little aggressive on the finish. Drinking this with dinner tonight so I will update if this evolves any. The heat from the alcohol dies off after a few hours of air, gets smoother also.
