Sunday, August 7, 2011 - We had some cheeses: Manchego, Humbolt fog, Saint Agur and Morbier. Con pulled this one and it was an absolute stunner! The nose is just gorgously aromatic. One of those mezmerizing moments. The palate is drinking well though young and brooding. It works well with the harder cheeses. If I owned this wine, I would hold it for another 5 yrs minimum. It can only turn magical with time in the bottle.
