Tuesday, August 9, 2011 - Cherry kirsch nose. Finely integrated tannin with still just the right amount of bite. Round & balanced dark fruits, just as I was hoping. This was showing a little heat as we finished the bottle some 2-3 hours after open. Peaking now.
