Saturday, September 10, 2011 - Nose of freshly turned soil. Loads of earth. Funky cheese on the nose. Red fruit is downplayed. Flavors of plum, a nice earthiness, roasted coffee, sharp cheese. It's rich and complex with great structure. Wonderfully balanced!
