Monday, September 19, 2011 - Amazing wine. Aromas of dark cherry, some toasty oak, and a little mushroom. Drinking very young right now. Flavors of dark berries, a little cow pasture, herb, and cedar. Wonderful acidity on the mid palate. Long finish with sweet tannins. What a wonderful surprise.
