Monday, November 1, 2004 - WS CWE 04 - Shafer Hillside Vertical (Marquis Marriott): First year of Hillside (before they called it that). Ruby red color with only the slightest hint of garnet. Rich black fruit and dark black cherry aroma. Wonderful rich black fruit and cassis. Drinking much younger than it is. A great experience. 11/04
