Saturday, October 23, 2010 - Sine Qua Non Dinner: the Younger Wines (Custom House Tavern - Chicago IL): Smells and flavors of peach and pineapple, but with good spice alongside. Chardonnay seems to add a small sense of reserve to this otherwise flamboyant wine. Massive fruit from start to finish, some from fruit, probably as much from new oak. Rather nice and enjoyable, but I can't see this getting much better.
