Wednesday, October 11, 2006 - Made by William Foley of Foley Estates. Dark color. Wonderfully ebullient nose of juicy black raspberries and maple syrup that gets you excited about drinking it. On the palate, the fruit is more reserved than the nose, but still copious. Mulberries and Dr. Pepper. Finish was a bit disappointing - short and hollow. Best after 45 minutes of air. Drink now through 2008.
