Monday, October 24, 2011 - Bright, lively medium red to the eye. Primarily cherries to the nose, secondary berries and dried fruit with undertones of black pepper and mushrooms. Lean body and firm texture to the mouth with long aromatic finish. Terror based, muscular wine. Perfectly cellared, 40% of cork remaining. Overall, an elegant wine characteristic of Beaujolais. Drink now or loose the bottle!
