Thursday, November 3, 2011 - Light yellow color. Fine, lively mousse. Aromas of ripe apples and pears, baked bread and minerals. Ripe, creamy, intense fruit in the mouth with excellent depth and balance and a long, lingering finish. Very fresh and elegant at the same time. A very pleasant surprise.
