Sunday, November 6, 2011 - Opened approximately 45 minutes prior to consumption. Fragrant nose of cherries and flowers. Smells wonderful. More cherries on the palate with smoky oak, spice and raspberries. Smooth finish that lasts a good while. Aging well and drinking nicely now.
