Saturday, August 21, 2010 - A bit of sulphide to start and quite grumpy, emitting a faint whiff of tar and meat. Really grows and changes in the glass and I wish we could have sat with this wine over the full course of the evening. There is some fabulous fruit lurking below the surface and the structure is big and chewy.
