Friday, November 25, 2011 - NV Champagne Tasting (1855 Bottle Shop): Tasting portion. Bottle has been opened for an unknown period of time. At least 2 hours prior.

Nose: Started off with some smelly socks but later notes of brioche and white fruits.

Taste: Toasty, white fruits carried over to the palate as well, finishes just slightly austere, but overall it was pretty decent.
