Monday, November 28, 2011 - Tasted about 30 minutes after decanting. This is the first bottle that we have opened in almost a year and it has rounded much more into form. Fairly yummy in fact. A relatively expressive nose of mineral, ripe fruit and tobacco. Dark cherry, plum, blueberry and oak flavor with a tart finish. I cannot see much reason to wait to consume our remaining bottles.
