Saturday, December 10, 2011 - Still deep garnet with brick tone only at rim. Nose of dried roses and oranges mixed in with fruit notes. Gentle and resolved on the palate, with some fruit and length and a lively finish with welcome acidity. This showed nicely still, and we all enjoyed its mature qualities. It opened up over the course of dinner. I am glad that I still have another bottle.
