Saturday, December 10, 2011 - Very pale jasmine colour, peachy, appley aroma, dense and generous on the tongue with a delicious, delightful core of wild summer meadow flowers, honey, pears and lychees, graciously held together by a refreshing acidity. Lots of fun to be had here.
