Sunday, December 18, 2011 - A surprisingly good, albeit typical Pinot. Light, balanced, the nose integrates well into the palate. Pomegranate, red berries with a leather back-bone. A little bit of heat on the finish. There is plenty of sediment, so it requires a decant. Give it about an hour of air to balance out.
