Thursday, December 22, 2011 - deep golden yellow, slightly hazy. aroma of wood and o2. some volatility in acidity, but calmed down a little with air. chamomile, apples, dried apricot and wood. very nice and suprisingly youthful, especially with cork falling in (oops).
