Monday, January 2, 2012 - A nose of cedar, blackberry,with cassis or kirsch in the background. Oak notes of vanilla and dill. Noticeable tannins on the finish. Not a great wine, but a good one. Is it a 90 or and 80-something? It's not outstanding (rules out 90), but it's well made and "very good." 89 points it is.
