Thursday, January 12, 2012 - 2009 California Chardonnays (Bi-weekly group blind tasting at Tom's House): Blind tasting of 8 2009 California Chardonnays. Group's #1, my #4.
Mineral nose at first but gave way to caramel aromas.
Oak, vanilla and floral flavors. Not bad.
