Saturday, January 21, 2012 - Not overwhelming on the nose, but pleasing and typical Bordeaux notes with some complexity. Blackcurrant, graphite/minerals, a hint of oak and vanilla well integrated. Medium full in the mouth, acceptable fruit, some bitterness, a bit thin in the finish. Still in fairly good shape and good value, but this is the last bottle of this vintage.
