Saturday, January 21, 2012 - Decanted for four hours prior to serving. Pruney, anise nose, started with some heat and v.a., which dissipated with the decant. Full bodied with medium acidity. Palate is better than the nose with mouth coating black and red berry fruit that is slightly jammy but still balanced by nice acidity. Long finish. Yummy with years to go.
