Saturday, July 23, 2011 - Surprisingly excellent Virginia wine. Concerned a 2008 would be too young, this was very well done and the flavors were all put together nicely. Great color; deep garnet heading towards black. Dark fruits with a hint of vanilla. Slight spice on the finish.
