Wednesday, November 15, 2006 - Pale golden chardonnay, with citrus and oak aromas. On the palate this was more complex, with citrus, fig, and cashew notes. A little more oak on the back end. Probably could cellar a few years and get a bit more integration, but its fine now. Had with tuna and aioli, a good match as both were medium-bodied.
