Tuesday, January 24, 2012 - Chablis dinner with xhoser (Mykha's, Glen Ellyn): Pale ruby color, opening with an odd funky/cheesy quality. Blows off after a few minutes leaving cherry, mushroom, berry and earthy notes. Well-balanced, with flavors of red fruit and cherries and a subtle earthiness.
