Saturday, February 11, 2012 - Nose is somewhat closed - nothing much going on. Luckily, on the palate the flavor really comes out - Strawberry, Raspberry , a little earthy, and a touch of spice. The body is light and the tannins are very low. Most likely suited as a food friendly wine and not so much a stand alone wine. The balance is nice and the finish is under 30 seconds.
