Tuesday, July 22, 2003 - Deep, dark beautiful garnet color but the enjoyment stopped there. Tight, woody, dusty tannins with a stubborn lack of fruit. Remained closed down after 3 hours in a decanter. This one has shut down. I don’t know if it will reappear. WS (88pts) and WA (86pts) both saw more than I did -- right now 79 pts.
