Wednesday, February 22, 2012 - Brown Bag Wine Dinner at Two Chefs-III(Double Blind); 2/21/2012-2/22/2012: - Violet color with medium forming legs. It's somewhat balanced with a medium/full body. Linear texture with a medium finish - Alvaro's wine. Obviously Spanish, either Priorat or Toro. I mistakenly thought Grenache.
