Monday, August 15, 2011 - WES - France - The South West (LSE Holborn): Clear and Bright, Pale Lemon hue. Vanilla pod and cream to start on the nose but drops quickly to sharp stone fruits. Creamy and full on the palate. Good acidity, quite oily. Ripe peach fruit.
