Sunday, April 1, 2012 - Strawberry, raspberry, nutty funkiness and spice, with tons of stony minerality... high acidity, and chalky, gripping tannins... a very seriously structured nouveau, with tons of character... which makes this is more of a village level+ Beaujolais, then simply a simple "Nouveau"... all things considered, this is rather serious stuff... which seems to takes on weight and depth the longer it is exposed to air... after 5 hours, the fruit had darkened and the had structure intensified... best enjoyed with food.
