Sunday, April 22, 2012 - Had a taste of this last night at the DC Cochon 555 event.
Really nice reserved style of rose with great wild strawberry, melon rind, minerals showing.
Went excellent with the food as it had nice acidity present.
My personal favorite wine of the night, tasted quite a few times.
