Sunday, April 29, 2012 - Fairly advanced browning. Raw meat, heavy Yerba Santa herb, perfumy, musky, citrus, shoe leather nose. Dry cherry, mild tannin, decent acid, distinctly metallic finish. Aromatically beautiful, but the fruit is dried and musky and can't quite support the palate. 12% alcohol so at least I can drink the bottle all at once.
