Friday, May 25, 2012 - Decanted for 20 mins from cork. Translucent to the core but with no browning on the rim, the colour was garnet. On the nose is was all tertiary elements with gentle red berries and a little volatility. The palate was med body with well integrated tannins holding the delicate flavours together. Almost Pinot-esque in its red fruit and gentle mouth feel. A really lovely wine which while not overly complex was still intriguing and enjoyable.
