Friday, June 29, 2012 - Interesting floral nose of dark cherry fruit, licorice, grapefruit, some stems, and spice. Palate has a racy cut, with vibrant acidity but still has a darker fruit profile. Spice adds plenty of complexity throughout. Stone on a lengthy finish with some sandalwood and touch of dry tannins. This could use several years but I keep opening them when in the mood for the style. Better than last bottle.
