Tuesday, July 3, 2012 - not sure what to think, wine was light golden, lots of bubbles left, the caramel taste was very strong and I loved it, i just can't get past the slightly maderized/sherry nose. Stored by me since release, bottles seem pristine, maybe I do not like aged champagne
