Thursday, July 12, 2012 - I like this better this time than I did a few months ago. I would not normally drink bottles that close together but I think this will go well with a pasta and chicken dish with a cream sauce for dinner tonight. The acidity is still here along with a little caramel and green apple. Vanilla is present but there is also a pineapple quality that I really am enjoying. Long finish with acidity creeping in again.
